SUMMARY:June's Core Value: Integrity
DESCRIPTION:Integrity is the quiet strength that guides our actions when no one is watching. It is the commitment to act ethically behind the scenes\, to honor truth in the unseen details as much as in the visible moments. In the life of the zoo\, integrity means caring for animals with diligence\, treating partners with respect\, and ensuring that every decision reflects honesty and stewardship. May invites us to remember that integrity is not performance—it is practice. It is the unseen thread that holds trust together and allows our sanctuary to flourish with authenticity and light.

SUMMARY:June's Guiding Principle: Committed Beliefs
DESCRIPTION:Committed Beliefs are the promises we choose to live by\, even when the world grows loud with distraction. June invites us to stand firmly in what we know to be true—our devotion to stewardship\, compassion\, and the quiet work of building a sanctuary that honors all life. In this season of growth and long light\, committed beliefs become our anchor and our compass\, guiding each decision with clarity and purpose. To hold committed beliefs is to move through the world with conviction\, letting our values shape our actions not only in public moments\, but in the unseen spaces where character is formed.

SUMMARY:June's Code of the Kingdom #10: Resonant Leadership
DESCRIPTION:In this kingdom\, leadership begins not on the stage\, but behind the scenes. We believe integrity is lived in quiet consistency — through unseen choices\, invisible effort\, and accountability practiced long before applause. We model what we believe\, even when no one is watching. Because in this kingdom\, our values don’t just speak — they echo. Leadership is not a title — it’s about trust. It’s not about being in charge\, but about being accountable. In this kingdom\, our leaders are gardeners of trust — pulling weeds of ego\, planting seeds of purpose\, and tending growth with quiet grace.
