Ceremony of Values, Principles, and Codes

On this day, we inscribed living commitments into the heart of the Las Vegas Boutique Zoo. These are not mere words, but living commitments—threads of integrity, joy, and alignment woven into every ritual, every habitat, and every guest experience. Together, they form the compass by which our zoo will grow honoring life, celebrating community, and opening pathways toward future habitats, research, and the celebration of life in all its forms. We began with our Core Values, the heart of our mission—community, communication, and integrity. From these values emerged our Guiding Principles, the practices that carry our vision into daily action: shared collaboration, playful camaraderie, listen first, meaningful moments, committed beliefs, and authentic encounters. Finally, we consecrated the Codes of the Kingdom, a covenant that binds our community to these values and principles, ensuring that every habitat, ritual, and guest experience reflects the harmony of wonder, learning, and care.
